If the light on the unit blinks, count the flashes, because that's the opener's error code. If the motor runs but the door barely moves, the spring is the likely cause. Garage door sensor lights not on. The two small sensors at the bottom of the door each have a light. If either is off or blinking, the door will refuse to close. Wipe the lenses, check nothing is blocking the beam and make sure they face each other. If that doesn't fix it, we'll replace or rewire them.
Garage door remotes not working. Start with the battery. If new batteries don't help, the remote may need to be reprogrammed, or the receiver on the opener may be failing. We supply and program new garage door remotes and keypads.
